Do you want to work creatively and practically with problem solving and development of electrical engineering systems? As an electronics engineer, you optimize, program, test and verify the embedded systems that control for example, vehicles, smart innovative solutions, and medical technology.

In the Malmö team, we have many exciting customers in several different sectors, including 5G development, submarine and maritime designs, camera and surveillance systems and medical research. This is just part of all the exciting things that we do. We work very closely with our Life Science team in Malmö, which creates a wonderful community and a variety of projects and assignments.

Your role
In this role as an electronics engineer, you will work in various projects with our customers to analyze, dimension, test, verify and optimize embedded electronic systems. To your help, you have all the needed electrical CAD systems, programmable circuits, test boards and, your application of your technical and mathematical skills in electrical engineering.
You will work in product development projects with set goals and timelines. This means that you are mainly responsible for making electronic design based on the set product requirements, verifying the hardware and running the certification process within the time and cost framework set by the project manager.
In addition to this, the role as electronics engineer also includes a large part of collaboration and compromises with various divisions such as mechanical development, software development, project management, purchasing, production, requirements, test and verification, suppliers, etc.
You will also be an essential part of fulfilling our qualitative ambitions towards our customers through continuous improvement work and further development of the tools and working methods that the electronics groups jointly use within the company.
Your profile
We are looking for you with a great interest in electronics, you probably build and construct different types of electronic components in your spare time. We see that you are driven by learning new things and have a desire to understand customer needs. You are curious for technology to create better solutions and, that you have good business acumen and quickness, in understanding and dealing with a "business situation" in a manner that is likely to lead to a good outcome.
You have good knowledge in both basic electronics design and electronics verification. You have worked for a few years in a similar position and thus also have a good understanding of how a development project is run and what challenges you face during the journey.
