Reference number: 393 JOB DESCRIPTION The Electronics and Mechanics department is responsible for the design and development of the hardware in Axis products, including electronics, PCB CAD and mechanical CAD.We act as a knowledge center in this area and collaborate with other departments within R&D to develop our future products.The department is also responsible for the regulatory approvals (such as EMC and Safety) of our products.We also work in close cooperation with units responsible for e.g.production, logistics, quality, support and product management.As Electronics Engineer your primary task will be to work with the electronics design in our products.You will also perform tests and verifications of the electronic design and create production documentation.You will work in close cooperation with the Operations department, assisting in production start up and optimization work and handle contacts with component distributors, subcontractors and manufacturers in order to create a high quality product.You will thus be responsible for the electronics design in the project from start to finish.The position involves limited traveling.YOUR QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for an engineer with at least a bachelor's degree in electronic engineering, some related experience and a genuine interest in electronic design.You have previous experience from working in schematic capture programs, preferably PADS Logic and have knowledge in EMC and appropriate standards.You are outgoing, have good communication skills in English and Swedish and an ability to work independently.[ WHAT AXIS CAN DO FOR YOU This is a great opportunity to use and develop your skills in electronic design as part of an exciting, successful organization that is already the world leader in network video.As Electronics Engineer you will have a great chance for development in an organization that values creativity and promotes individual growth.We welcome your application and look forward to the possibility of you joining us!READY TO ACT?Axis is a company realizing the benefits of a diverse workforce.We know that diversity in groups creates a better working environment and promotes creativity, something that is fundamental for our success.
