Electronics Engineer MCP

Electronics Engineer MCP

Arbetsbeskrivning

Are you a driven and passionate person that loves solving technical challenges in a global environment? Then this can be the perfect opportunity for you! As an Electronics Engineer at Axis HQ in Lund you will have a central roll in designing, testing and certifying the electronics for products that will contribute to increase the safety and security in the world.

Who is your future team?

In our department we develop network cameras that have multiple image streams, an area that is growing rapidly and creating new opportunities for effective security solutions. Our products are highly valued in an expanding market, and we are a company with a stable growth.

Our way of working is project oriented where you cooperate with engineers and disciplines from different departments of the company. Projects last anywhere from 3 months for a concept study in, for example, sensor technology and up to 3 years for an advanced camera. As a team member you are a part of the development all the way from concept to production. No day is like the other, that we can assure.

In total, we are about 150 people working in the field of electronics in several different teams. Common to all of us is that we quickly adapt to the different challenges that we face on a daily basis. We look forward to working with even more skilled colleagues!

What you'll do here as an Electronics Engineer?

Your main responsibilities will be:

* Design
* Testing
* Certification
* Production support

At Axis, we believe that you as an individual get the most out of your potential when given a lot of responsibility and freedom in your work. We believe that this, together with great support and commitment from your future colleagues, creates the right conditions for your personal development.

We want you to be involved and influence the way we work. That is why we are working to ensure that initiatives are pursued from the bottom up instead of the other way around. This means that we strive to keep processes and governance at a minimal level.

Who are we looking for/Who are you?

You are someone who enjoys autonomy, taking own initiatives and building personal networks. Technology is a big interest for you and electronics is something you are extra passionate about. You are meticulous and see a great importance in understanding the fundamentals of the problems you work with. You are curious and want to learn both the bigger picture and the details of what you do.

You enjoy sharing your knowledge with others and have a collaborative approach. Working in constant change is something that drives you.

What Axis have to offer

At Axis we offer the opportunity to work with experienced colleagues in a global environment with many possibilities. To us your future career and development is important.

Our corporate culture is essential - where equal opportunities, team spirit and to have fun are key! We want you to enjoy working with us and therefore we offer benefits such as flexible working hours, morning fika, Friday cake, bonus program, fitness allowance, health insurance and your very own Axis bike, to name a few.
