Schneider Electric has a challenging opportunity for a passionate individual to assume the role as Hardware Development Director to lead our global Hardware Development Team in Lund, Sweden.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the development of complete hardware products (electronics and mechanics) for next generation offers in the Building Automation domain. You’re excited about designing and implementing new innovative solutions while taking ownership of the full offer lifecycle by maintaining a portfolio of offers over a long time period.
As the Director you will be heavily involved in strategic planning and decision making. In the day to day work you will be interacting with a large number of functional groups, e.g. manufacturing, industrialization, procurement, quality, regulatory functions and platform teams throughout Schneider Electric.
