Electronic engineer Electronic engineer / embedded programming / system on chip design (project leader). SenseAir AB, a world leading company in development and production of NDIR (non dispersive infra-red) gas sensors, is looking for qualified development engineers. Position: Electronic engineer (project leader). Work description: Key role in development of new products, producion system and accessories. Product is a mixed signal system with stable acquisition of small signals and programmable system on chip with 8-bit microcontroller. - Schematics development, theoretical considerations, calculations / simulations (PSpice), tests etc. - Structuring of hardware. Preparation of technical requirements and technical description of system. - Hardware/software integration. - Schematics and layout CAD with emphasis on EMC/EMI. - Test, evaluation and verification of hardware, software modules and complete system. - Trouble shooting during development, verification and during production stages. Work in a team in cooperation with product development responsible, software designers, quality assurance responsible, test engineer, production engineers and external consultants. Education /basis. Good knowledge, experience and interest in analogue and digital electronics design. Interest in experimental physics / mathematics. Should be interested to become a coordinator of cooperation of several engineers to provide predictable development result and time projections in solving of development problems. Communication and documentation in English language is required. Russian language is a merit. Mandatory merits: - 5 or more years experience in mixed signal systems electronic design. - Good skills in analogue design for instrumentation/data acquisition. - System on chip design basic knowledge. - Experience in microcontroller programming in assembler and C. - Good skills in technical documentation and reporting (in English). Desirable but not mandatory merits: Knowledge and experience in - Analogue system design for worst case. - Schematics and layout CAD (Microsim 8 is a preference). - Design description in UML. - Design for high volume production. - Quality assurance, test methods.
