Embedded C programming on an expert level

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. For work with our customer we are looking for a Embedded C programming on an expert level Uppdragsbeskrivning Technical investigations on a system level, softwaretroubleshooting and counseling our expertise knowledge to other parts of the software organization within the company.The work is performed in a global and multi-cultural environment.As a member of the team you will be involved in the product development cycle from startup of early prototypes until the last software release.The scope of your work is the overall software, from low level device driver to higher level user interface and you will analyze software behavior, locate problem areas and recommend solutions and improvements.You may also be involved in developing new andexisting processes and tools to improve software debugging efficiency. Master of Science, or Ph.D, in computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent and have sufficient skills to mentoring others.Experience in the following areas: - Embedded software development; have a true knowledge on the demands that a built-in systems requires, e.g.memory constraints, power save and performance tuning within a system with limited resources.- Real time programming; have a deep understanding on the demands that a time critical system requires.- C programming on an expert level.- Assembler programming under ARM.- On target software debugging using Lauterbach or equivalent.Other useful experiences are: ARM processors, compiler technology, OSE, Symbian/S60, C/C++ and EMP platforms.
