Embedded real-time designer

UCG/ Radio Support is a consulting company specialized in support to the telecom and electronics industry.Mostly in the design/verification and test/industrializing areas.We have an office at Kista in northern Stockholm but are operating all over Sweden.Through UCG recruitment we also help companies with permanent staff.All our openings require at least three years work experience from the IT business. The work consists of embedded software development and maintenance Main responsibilities are software design using UML, implement object oriented design in C++ and trouble-shoot / correct test reports Solid programming skills using C++ Good trouble-shooting skills and fundamental testing skills Experience from developing software using Eclipse and ClearCase Experience from developing embedded real-time systems Candidates shall have good software designing ability (object oriented design in UML) Candidates must also be good team players with attention to detail, self-disciplined, able to manage their own time and workload, proactive and motivated Candidates shall also have good written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English Symbian/S60 (SDK + OS) Knowledge in GSM/UMTS, TCP/IP, or other communication protocols Experience from developing telephony services software To achieve a more even gender distribution among our consultants we are positive to female applicants.We would like applicants to submit a detailed CV in Word-format.In this ad we are primarily looking for employees, but we also invite persons operating their own companies to apply.We decline approaches from recruiters and other sales persons.
