Embedded Software Engineer

We are looking for Embedded Software Engineer experience with C++ onsite Landskrona.

Key responsibilities: Define software tasks


- Execute software tasks

- Communicate progress

- Contribute in project teams

- Project planning of software tasks

- Reviewing current systems

- Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals

- Producing detailed specifications and writing the program codes

- Testing the product in controlled, real situations before going live according to test specifications

- Preparation of training manuals for users

- Maintaining the systems once they are up and running

Responsibilities and authorities


- Interpretation of requirements and convert to system design and software modules. Interaction with Electronics Engineering for best system design.

- Responsible to design for production, installation and service.

- Develop and execute unit and integration test on the software. Responsible for having your code reviewed.

Requirements:

Key competences:


- Experienced embedded modern C++ (c++ 14 and later) lead developer acquainted with embedded real-time operating systems (RTOS) for safety critical systems.

- Experience from the STM32F processor family and SafeRTOS is a plus.

- Experience from maintaining software architectures and their documentation.



Requirements:

Education: University Degree in IT / Computer Science or a similar field.

Languages: English (critical).

Computer skills: Programming language modern C++ (c++ 14 and later).

Other: Willing to work 100% on site in Landskrona. Availability within the next 14 days will be prioritized.

Experience: More than 5 years’ of experience in (preferably: embedded) software development.
