THE ROLE

You will become a networking master during this role as talking with our talent will be your day to day job. On top of this you will have the unique opportunity to build a new central department together with us, where you will be able to take on a lot of responsibility from day one as the team leader over our interns.

Start: End of September
Location: Nova HQ; central Stockholm

MAIN RESPONSIBILIES

Talent Activation: Engage and add member value to our senior Novas through a structured interaction process.
Talent Growth: Strategic expansion of our network of Novas through nomination campaigns, university activities and social media.
Talent Recruitment: Screening and application management of new top talent ranging from students to professionals.
Client Development: Identify new Nova Companies for our employer branding or recruitment services based on member demand.
Process Development: Develop and improve new and existing processes for the new department structure we operate within.
Product and Service Development: Innovate our next offerings from qualitative input

IN ADDITION

SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS
WE ARE LOOKING FOR

You have?

A bachelor or master?s degree
1 year of experience within employer branding after graduation

You have had a sales-oriented role for at least a year
As you will be working with top talent in our diffrent countries you will need to be fluent in English both in speaking and writing.

You are?

A goal driven self-starter
A structured and organized doer
Thrives in working in a high paced environment.
Extremely service minded, coupled with an excellent business sense
Available to start in September and work part-time >50% or fulltime 100%.
