Do you want to be a part of something new, to develop our future Regional Center of Excellence HR Nordics? We are now looking for a coordinator in employer branding and recruitment to join our Talent Acquisition Team in Örebro. The Talent Acquisition Team in the works with employer branding, recruitment and onboarding, and are located in Örebro and Prague. We are engaged team members with the mission to ensure we attract the right people in line with our business strategy and core values as well as securing diversity and inclusion.​

As a coordinator in the team, you will have a broad and operational role to execute a professional, modern and lean Talent Acquisition process in collaboration with HR, managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists, within Employer Branding and Recruitment. Your focus area is primarily to support and coordinate employer branding activities, as well as plan and produce content.  You will ensure that Epiroc works successfully with different communications channels suitable for our current employees, as well as other stakeholders and future employees.

You will identify our future target groups and operatively drive and organize activities to reach them, for example events, virtual and on site, activities and campaigns within social media. You will also attracting candidates, evaluate applications, screening and shortlisting - securing an excellent candidate experience. In the role, you will continuously improve processes and ways of working, while using digitization and agile methodology as an enabler to achieve further efficiencies.

You will be working at our main office located in Örebro, where we have flexible workplaces, newly built offices and a lot of creative and pleasant meeting areas.

As a person, you are business oriented, communicative, innovative and organized.

To succeed in this role you should have knowledge and experience in the following:
* Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Media & communication, Business Administration or similar
* You have 1-3 years of experience of Employer Branding or recruitment.
* Used to work with digital tools and social media channels
* Strong business understanding.
* Ability and motivation to work both strategic and tactical.
* Excellent English and Swedish communication skills
* Excellent in building strong relations with various stakeholders.
