Job Description

You will work as an Employment Counsel for the Head Office functions in Sweden. You will work both independently and in our team, but also closely together with other HR's, management and employees within H&M Group, and report to the Manager of the Labor Law Team located in Stockholm.
Your responsibilities
The job as Employment Counsel comes with lots of responsibilities – and lots of fun. This role involves both strategic and operational responsibilities on a central level for the main part of our workplaces in Sweden within the H&M Group Head office. Your to-do list includes
Set and develop processes, guidelines, tools and routines on a central level within the area Swedish Labor Law.
Work with legal requirements.
Contacts with our employer organization (Svensk Handel).
Interact and negotiate/ inform with unions.
Ensure that we have the same Way of Working with Labor Law processes in all our functions.
Be a part and lead different projects within the Labor Law area.
Create and publish documentation, support for HR and Managers.
Train managers and HR in Swedish labor law and collective agreements.
Support with strategic and operational advice to HR and Managers in all kinds of labor law related questions.
Support the organization in transformations
Cooperate in global projects.



Qualifications
We believe you are an open, communicative, and ambitious team player full of drive and optimism.
Education within Labor Law, Degree in Master of Laws.
Skills and experience within the HR area of Swedish Labor law from a similar in-house role, law firm or employer organization.
You have consequence thinking and can see the “bigger picture”.
Being fair, empathetic, communicative and committed to both the business and the well-being of the employees.
An analytic and reflective mind-set.
You have worked closely together with central management team to set central guidelines.
A great drive and an openness to changes.
Being well-organized and able to work independently.
You are an excellent role model
You manage English and Swedish well both in writing and verbally.
