We are looking for an engineer with experience in building automation and energy efficiency.

KTC Control AB is also one of the most diverse and innovative companies in developing Building Energy Management System (BEMS) for energy efficient homes. Our products and systems are currently in over 15,000 properties. Our guiding principle and primary objective is to make it easy for our customers to save energy and reduce their environmental impact with our products. We develop in cooperation with customers and partners to create user-friendly products so that together we can achieve clients? business and environmental goals.

Tasks:
As an engineer for building automation and energy efficiency, you will be part of our supervisory control and data acquisition department. We are looking for a motivated employee who is genuine interested in energy efficient and smart building technologies and with the ability to pursue your work independently and actively.

Your responsibilities include the development of building automation (monitoring, control and energy optimization) systems for the improving buildings energy efficiency and analyzing bulling energy data for fault detection purposes.

As a member of our supervisory control and data acquisition department you will have close contact to our customers, so you should be able to create good relationships with the clients.
Our customers are construction companies and property owners, and we carry general and turnkey projects within the Stockholm metropolitan area.

Requirements:

This role is suitable for engineers with at least 2 years of work experience in building automation and energy efficiency with at least a Bachelor of Engineering degree or equivalent education, either within System, Electrical or Software field.

Applicants with working experience in a Swedish building automation sector are extra qualifying.

Proficiency in English and excellent computer skills is a requirement. Since you will be part of our supervisory and control department you should have experience with SCADA systems and OPC servers. Experience in HVAC systems (hardware/software) and wireless sensor networks (Zigbee/ IEEE802.15.4) are further qualifying.

In our world, the property is part of the internet. It gathers information from internal systems and external sources such as weather services and price tariffs - analyze and make their own decisions. Through this we create better automated functions to control functions such as lighting, ventilation, heating, cooling, HVAC and more.

With services like weather control, power limitation, load balancing and the indoor climate compensation, we reduce energy use by about a third.

Salary
Monthly salary. The salary will be according to the collective agreements "kollektivavtal".
