We are now looking for an Engineer Vehicle Motion for Tianjin!

 

Description

The amount of Software and electronics in modern cars increases and the prognosis is that it will increase even more in the future. A vast majority of new functionality in vehicles includes Software & Controls.

You will be part of Vehicle Motion SW & Controls. The organization is responsible for requirement setting, design/implementation and testing for Software intense systems that can affect Vehicle Motion. In the early stages of the project, focus is on requirement setting on all abstraction levels (vehicle to components). As the project proceed more and more focus is on implementation and SW testing. This is a key role in the integration work between the organizations in Tianjin and Trollhättan. The assignment in Tianjin will start during the autumn of 2017 and end at the end of 2018. After the assignment in Tianjin your location will be in Trollhättan.

The role also involves:

- Act as technical interface between Trollhättan and Tianjin
- Support the development of vehicle level requirements.
- Support the development of system and component level requirements
- Develop design proposals and implementation
- Participating in analysis of designs such as FMEA, FTA etc
- Maintain and develop development environment  

We are looking for someone who has:

- Bachelor or Master in Science
- Experience of 2 to 5 years
- Domain knowledge Automotive
- Experience from software intense systems
- Experience from development of embedded systems with high real time requirements
- Experience from systems with functional safety requirements and related standards, ISO-26262
- Fluent in English both spoken and written. Driver license, B
