Engineering Manager

We are looking for a Engineering Manager to join and grow our R&D team in Stockholm.
What you'll do
Build and lead a cross-functional team comprising of both technical and operational roles through hiring, supporting, coaching, mentoring, feedback and hands-on career development
Drive development & strategy for the team.
Devise, develop and operate a set of operational tooling which allows Spotify to effectively assess and act on existing and emergent opportunities built on our SDKs and APIs.
Build relationships across a wide variety of domains & business units to understand both their distinct and shared strategic needs and concerns
Inform and influence senior leadership on emergent opportunities to ensure we balance the best user experience with strongest business impact
Drive the vision and long-term strategy in the team and contribute to the wider tribe vision and strategy
Make sure your team is doing the right things, while not spreading too thinly. A healthy balance of innovation, support and maintenance is key for all successful teams at Spotify
