The app team at EasyPark are on a journey to build self-organizing teams, working with lean and agile principles in combination of continuous deployment. To help us on this quest we are now looking for an Engineering Manager that will build and lead two of our engineering teams with a daily focus on process and people.

Your goal is to coach the team in the right direction to help them reach their goals, delivering the best quality and giving the best value to the end-users. You will collaborate closely with our tech leads, competence leads and product owners on setting the vision and making sure the team got the competence in place to deliver on the product roadmap.

You will contribute & make an impact through:

- Building and leading a team or two of engineers through hiring, onboarding, coaching, mentoring, teaching, hands-on career development and feedback
- Ensuring a high quality of the team deliveries through supporting the development, QA processes as well as coaching and inspiring the team in their ways of working
- Growing a healthy, collaborative engineering and product development culture in line with the company values
- Ensuring we have the competence necessary in the team to deliver on our product vision both internally and to our partners
- Collaborating with the rest of the leaders within the App sphere to drive cross-team improvements
- Being an advocate for healthy engineering practices




Who are you?

We don’t know you yet, but here are some of the things we think you might recognize in yourself:

- You love to coach and grow people and have a tracked record of doing so in a product development environment
- You are knowledgeable about Agile software development and have practiced it in previous setups. An experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master is a plus.
- You are passionate about software development and enjoy using your knowledge to establish an environment for the team to succeed
- You enjoy leading a team where you foster collaboration, work towards a clear goal, deliver timely high-quality software to our users
- You share the same values as us: to be collaborative and caring, all while acting with courage, welcoming change and having the customer at heart
- You have strong communication skills in English, Swedish is not mandatory at EasyPark


This role is based at the EasyPark headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.
