Reference number: 412 Axis is looking for an engineering manager to lead our 'Product Engineering Print' team.You will be responsible for a group of skilled software developers, resource allocation, budgeting, day-to-day operations, support and project management. We expect you to have a Masters Degree in Computer Science or similar.You should also have at least three years' experience of project management, taking projects from requirement specification to delivery, including planning, tracking and follow-up, always aiming for timely delivery.Strong leadership skills, including the ability to promote productivity and to get others to share commitment to the project is important.You have a distinct interest for technology in combination with an understanding for market and business requirements.As a leader you are dedicated to helping people develop, motivating, taking initiative and acting confidently.Good communication skills in Swedish and English are required.
