Your Challenge:Our professional and consumer product range should get more diversity in the future regarding the different drive systems and components and development of these new appliances will become an important part of R&D to secure our leading role in this field.Our R&D Department is supporting all Product Categories in design and application for a wide range of electromechanical and electronical components and modules.

Your main responsibilities are
.Development of components, functionality and concepts in cooperation with internal and external partners
.Work out specifications for software, electronic design or electromechanics
.Do your own design of software, hardware, or electromechanics
.Secure quality and validate components and products
.Group wide coordination of development
.Selection of external suppliers
.Provide support for purchasing and manufacturing departments

Your Profile: You are a qualified candidate, if you have
.A degree (Master of Sience, B.E.) in software, electronic engineering or electromechanics
.Basic skills of electronic systems, analogue, digital and microcontroller applications
.At least 5 years working experience from electronic products as outdoor tools, power tools or household appliances
.Knowledge in developing cost efficient solutions for mass volume production.This work is being done in close cooperation with our suppliers
.Knowledge of PC-based measuring and test systems and experience in quality test procedures and lab research

We are seeking engineers for three different positions:

The first position will work with software
* Embedded programming in electrical products
* Programming in C/C++
* Specification and documentation
* General knowledge of hardware design


The second position will work with hardware
* Development of electronics in electrical products
* Analogue and digital design in microcontroller based systems
* General knowledge of programming

The third position will work with electromechanical development
* Responsible for wiring, switches and connectors in the product projects
* Finding durable solutions that works in field
* Layout/concept choices for wiring, switches that are robust and easy to assemble
