Geophysical reservoir monitoring (GRM) is widely applied in StatoilHydro's producing fields, and GRM has recently been selected as one of the focus areas in the company's new technology strategy. To realize the potential in applying the GRM technology to our current and future license portfolio, we want to strengthen our technical staff with candidates having backgrounds in geophysics, geology or reservoir technology and with relevant experience in practical applications of GRM. To these positions, we primarily seek candidates with high technical knowledge and broad experience with implementation of GRM projects in producing fields. The candidates should have the ability to interpret/analyze GRM data and/or apply results in a multidisciplinary setting. The positions will include license tasks related to multidisciplinary GRM teams. The candidates should also be able to help implement new GRM technology elements. Tasks Experience within one or several of the following activities: Responsibility for technical work related to GRM projects Planning and follow-up of 4D surveys Interpretation/analysis of GRM data Integration of GRM data in reservoir and geomodel updating Use of GRM data in history matching Please indicate your geographical preferences.
