English Language and Communication Trainer

Paralegal AB provides specialized training for the legal, financial and insurance industries. We are currently looking to recruit a freelance legal English trainer. The following qualifications are essential: native English speaker with excellent communication skills; educated to at least undergraduate level at recognized US/UK/Australian university or equivalent; qualified trainer/teacher/pedagogue; degree in law; experience of corporate law, M&A, banking and finance, IT/IP and contract law. Some knowledge of Swedish would be advantageous although fluency is not essential. An understanding of the differences between Swedish and Anglo-Saxon commercial law would be a definite plus. So, if you are an amusing lawyer, charming, inspiring teacher, well structured, logical, Socratic, well presented and punctual, have heard of a locked box provision and know your SPAs from your NDAs - you could be the person we are looking for. So, in short, if you are at home explaining the difference between representations and warranties, guarantees and warranties, terms and conditions and indemnify and hold harmless you could be just the person we are looking for. Initially this is a freelance position with attractive remuneration levels for the right candidate.
