We are looking for two Enterprise Architects to strengthen our Architecture & Technology function at IKEA Range & Supply Digital. Primary task is to be lead architect in strategic business development initiatives in the digital portfolio of Range & Supply.
The position is located in Älmhult or Helsingborg, Sweden.
Range & Supply Digital leads and guides the totality of the Range & Supply digital landscape by combining business knowledge with digital competence, to realize business opportunities today and tomorrow. The Architecture & Technology function leads and executes the Range & Supply technology direction in line with Inter IKEA Group IT Strategy and business priorities, securing a relevant and efficient solution landscape today and tomorrow
Job Description
• Provide architecture steering, guidance and support to strategic business development initiatives in the portfolio enabling the desired transformation and development of solutions in the IKEA digital landscape.
• Create and develop the emerging architecture artefacts throughout the different phases of a business development initiative enabling a lean and agile development and transformation process and plan.
• Ensure conformity to, and implement, R&S architecture frameworks, standards and establishment of reference architecture.
• To prepare for and participate in architecture reviews (assessments), actively guiding and mitigating concerns.
• Create and maintain required architecture artefacts and deliverables in a common architecture repository.
• Participate in competence communities and networks, finding creative ways to embed an architecture mind-set in all business initiatives.

Further on you have:
• Substantial experience from architecture work and highly motivated by achieving business results.
• Deep understanding of architecture frameworks, aspects, methods and modelling techniques.
• Deep understanding of the Range & Supply digital landscape and its connection to other landscapes in the IKEA Franchise System.
• Good understanding of IKEA enterprise, direction, strategies, organisation and governance
• Good understanding of portfolio and project management
• Good understanding of agile frameworks, lean and agile ways of working and tools
• Up to date with market, digital and business trends
• Fluent in written and spoken English
Additional information
The position is located in Älmhult or Helsingborg, Sweden. Älmhult has commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg three times a day.
