Enterprise Architect till one of our customers in Stockholm

Project Description-

The ambition level is high for the transformation and so will the pace and the complexity be. You will enter the scene at an early stage and will work tight with project managers, data analysts and business experts to get this going. As the change is big and involves a lot of people and teams you will along with the more classic tasks for an architect also be working with communication and people change management.

Work tasks

Lead the overall architectural work for the transformation

Describing the as-is and to-be architecture for future support and operations

Gap-analysis, planning and road mapping

Shaping Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) on both team and area level

Communication to stakeholders across the organization

Set target Architecture including tools strategy

Required competence

Agile methodology like SAFe

ITIL

Experience from similar work and/or positions in large tech organizations

Solid understanding of large-scale Support and IT-operations

Presentation and communication techniques

Knowledge about our major tech platforms such as Service Now, Splunk but also other technical solutions that are important for Support & Operations such as IVR, workforce planning, monitoring tools etc etc.

Wanted competence

Participated in larger transformations

People change management

Experience from working as line manager preferable also with staff responsibility

Familiarity with organizations that mix agile methodology with large scale ITIL based operations

Hands-on experience from working with business development

Experience in leading other Architects and Engineers

Swedish (really nice to have)
