Enterprise Architect, Retail

We are now looking for an Enterprise Architect to join our Europe Retail unit. The position is placed in Stockholm, Sweden. Flexibility to travel across Nordics and to India is expected.


ABOUT THE ROLE
Architect Responsibilities:
· Designing major aspects of application architecture, including components such as interface & infrastructure
· Providing technical leadership to application development team
· Make recommendations to Stakeholders for improvement
· Provide strategies & roadmap based on business and IT trends
· Responsible for analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that support and enhance business and technologies strategies
Management Responsibilities:
· Work with TCS Account manager and Delivery manager to ensure that the TCS team works to meet the deliveries and SLAs as committed.
· Interface with all level of customer organization for fulfilling business development needs
· Coordination with TCS associates towards creating comprehensive solutions for the customer
· Working with client management and procurement team to establish, manage and meet quality objectives, service level requirements, expectations and to align the delivery of services with the needs of the client


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop and manage TCS’ relationship with the Customer at all levels from operational to tactical levels
· Responsible for achieving high customer satisfaction goals
· Provide consulting services to the customer
· Develop value added consulting solutions for the customer
· Identify new opportunities in market and convert into GTM initiatives
· Coordination with TCS associates towards creating comprehensive solutions for the customer
· Facilitate continuous development of individual and team competencies by mentoring, experience sharing and providing timely feedback
· Manage TCS associates’ expectations and fulfill supervisor’s responsibilities


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
At least 18 years of experience in the following:
· IT management consulting, pre-sales, sales and IT Services delivery
· Experience in architecture or application design
· Business development and creating GTM strategy
· Leading engagements and developing solutions for clients


Skills required:
· Onshore-offshore delivery model: Work in a Global Delivery Model including the onshore-offshore model to leverage TCS’s global consultant pool to deliver the most cost-effective services to the clients
· Experience of Retail processes and solutions
· Experience of working in multicultural environment
· Experience working with multiple service horizontals like BPO, IS, Assurance etc.
· Relationship Management skills
· Organization building skills: Build the TCS Nordics team with the right competencies, experience, and staffing numbers to serve the client effectively and efficiently
