Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Process Developer with strong hands-on experience in system ownership and governance within large and complex enterprise environments.
What You Will Work On
Drive development and improvement of system ownership processes and governance models
Define and structure user journeys, frameworks, and operational guidelines
Map system landscapes, ownership structures, and governance relationships
Collaborate with system owners, architects, and cross-functional stakeholders
Coordinate initiatives connected to organizational transformation programs
Consolidate feedback and input from multiple teams into clear ways of working
Support development of governance frameworks and ownership meta-models
Collect, manage, and address stakeholder questions and concerns
Create documentation, instructions, and process-related guidance
Improve organizational clarity regarding system ownership and responsibilities

What You Bring
Proven hands-on experience working as a Technical System Owner (TSO)
Strong understanding of system ownership models and governance structures
Experience working with complex system landscapes
Experience from large and complex organizations
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Ability to structure and improve operational ways of working
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Excellent communication and alignment-building skills
Structured, proactive, and methodical working style
Ability to transform complex input into actionable guidance and clear direction
