ACTTIV was founded in January 2003 and is leaded by a professional management team with a vast experience in the entertainment and leisure sector.
The central office of ACTTIV is located in Madrid. Our activities are divided in 5 regions: Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Catalunia, Levante and Andalucia. Each region has its' own operational structure.
ACTTIV entertainers work in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels and campsites. Team size varies from 2 upto 15 entertainers. We select the best candidates for the following positions:

- Children entertainers: For many clients their children are the centre of their holiday. We offer their children a varied programme with many original activities. The children are between 4 to 12 years old. For this reason we select candidates with ample experience and/or interest in the childrens' sector.
- Babyclub entertainers: Some familyclubs have well equiped babyclubs (for babys from 6 months upto 3 years). For this position we need people with a proper education and diploma.
- Sports entertainer: Depending on the facilities of the hotel/campsite, we organize all kind of sports activities. We need sporty people for football, waterpolo, darts, bowshooting, aerobics, etc.
- Fitness and aerobic entertainers: In some clubhotels we need official (with title) fitness and aerobic teachers. You are responsible for: aerobics, fitness, aquagym, tae bo, stretching, steps, aerosalsa, etc..
- Animador de Welness: In some clubhotels we need official (with title) Welness entertainers. You will be organizing: yoga, tai chi, body balance, pilates, aguagym, etc..
- Disc Jockey/sound and light: Larger entertainment teams need "professional" dj's that organise light and sound around the evening programa. In many hotels they will take care of the hotel disco during night time.
- Senior entertainment: 55+ entertainment mainly during wintertime. ACTTIV entertainers with experience in senior activities: excursions, nordic walking, gymnastics, dance, handycraft, etc.

Remember: all entertainers have a way with people. An entertainer with no public relation interest cannot be a good entertainer!
3. Requirments

What are we looking for:
Our entertainers are characterized by the following:

* You are between 18 and 32 years old
* You speak 2 or more languages (combination of 2 out of the following 3 languages: English, German, Spanish)
* You have a way with people and possess a nice smile
* You are extrovert and you like to improvise
* You like sports, children and live performances
* Good appearance (no piercings/tatoos)
* Education in tourism, sports, children, dance, drama is an advantage
What do we offer:
* A net salary between 675 and 1400 Euros depending on experience
* Bonus/holiday money of 50 Euros per month
* Free food and lodging (3 meals a day and a shared room/apartment)
* A Spanish Labour contract with Social Security and Health Insurance
* Civil Response Insurance
* ACTTIV will take care of all bureaucratic obligations (social security number, Fiscal Identification number, company certificates..)
ACTTIV entertainers live in shared apartments or hotel rooms (in or close to your working place). There are different standards so it depends on your destination. It is not necessary to take bed-clothes. Before coming to Spain you will get sufficient information about your sleeping place.Entertainers with experience will get up to 100 Euros from there flight back after having worked 6 months with ACTTIV.
