- English speaking office language is English
- Passion for environment art, and more specifically for smashing shit up and making it look derelict (we are doing post apoc with lots of destruction after all)
- Proficiency in Maya modelling and UV mapping
And then we have several things that are on the verge of being requirements, but we could live without one or two things if the other ones are very strong.
These are listed in a rough order of importance.
- Experience working with outsourcing studios (writing/drawing specs for environment pieces and handling cleanup of returned material etc)
- Realtime shader knowledge (this can be any language/node base system)
- Any experience with texture mapping middle-ware (Such as the Quixel Suit or Substance painter)
- Unreal 4 experience
- Concept art
- Any experience with creating procedural content
