On behalf of our client, we are looking for a talented ECLSS Engineer with a strong background in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in constructing space payloads and a solid foundation in Environmental Control and Life Support Systems (ECLSS).
About the Role
As an ECLSS Engineer, you will play a key role in designing and developing advanced life support systems for space applications. You will work closely with payload integration teams, project managers, and external partners to ensure optimal performance and reliability of ECLSS components. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the full design, testing, and integration of life support systems into space missions.
Your Key Responsibilities
Design & Development – Create and enhance ECLSS components, focusing on water treatment and air revitalization systems for space applications.
Payload Integration – Ensure seamless integration of ECLSS with space payloads, maintaining compatibility and mission functionality.
Project Management – Oversee project timelines, from initial concept to production, launch, and orbit insertion.
Testing & Validation – Conduct rigorous testing and validation of ECLSS systems to meet safety and performance standards for space missions.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly skilled ECLSS Engineer who is passionate about space technology and life support systems. You thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment, enjoy problem-solving, and excel in a collaborative setting.
We believe you must have:
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
Experience in ECLSS engineering, including constructing and integrating space payloads.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
The ability to work in a fast-moving, high-tech environment with tight deadlines.
