We are now looking for an Environmental Coordinator. This is a new role and important in the journey to exploring how to push our environmental impact towards Zero. You will work in a global environment with a team with high ambitions. Will you join and make a difference in the environmental area?

You will be a part of the global team in Aftersales & Sustainability and your colleagues are spread in Gothenburg, Skövde and Zhanjiakou in China. You will report directly to the Head of Aftersales & Sustainability at Aurobay, located in Gothenburg.

Main tasks

• Implement, develop and manage the company's environmental management system.
• Involved in improving the business's environmental performance over time.
• Responsible for the preparation and content of the annual sustainability report.
• Monitoring and compliance with environmental legislation.
• Support the Sustainability Coordinator with implementation and development of the company's sustainability strategy.

Qualifications and personality

• Master’s degree in Environment or similar.
• 5 + years of experience within the Environmental area.
• Experience in environmental management and systematic sustainability work.
• Knowledge in ISO14001:2015, environmental legislation and sustainability reporting in accordance with the GRI standard.
• Preferred experience in automotive and internal audit.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and written.

To be successful in this position you need to be a self driven person and have the social ability to create good relationships. You are strong in communicate both orally and in writing and reaching out with your message. You have the ability to see the whole picture and prioritize what is the most business critical areas. You also bring a structured way of working combined with an analytical mind.
