ERP Domain Expert

Do you have a passion for solving complex problems? Do you have experience in configuring & developing ERP solutions, e.g. Visma Business, in line with evolving business needs? Do you like to streamline and automate processes? Do you have experience in retail and ERP-WMS solutions and an affinity for finance? If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced ERP person to join a dynamic team in Stockholm, Sweden or Szczecin, Poland. In this role you will be responsible for defining and implementing the best technical solutions over time for our business in a rapidly growing international e-commerce business. Right now our business includes 17 countries.

Key responsibilities include:

- Overall responsibility of the ERP-WMS landscape including main flows, additional plug ins, SaaS and integrations
- Developing and driving the long term plan for the ERP-WMS domain
- System configuration and working closely with superusers within the ERP landscape to troubleshoot problems
- Being an active part in the enterprise architecture team of the company
- Participate in department’s strategic planning roadmaps and development standards and processes
- Collaborate with business managers, process owners, technical leads and product owners to ensure the proposed technical solution meets stakeholder needs over time
- Facilitate and support the internal user community in adopting new ways of working
- Define and develop ERP solutions to meet with evolving business requirements
- Drive technological innovation, pro-actively identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and to enable new business opportunities

You will work in a geographically distributed team together with 2-5 application experts in ERP area, interacting closely with finance and supply chain. You will be traveling to spend time with your stakeholders and team members, mainly to Stockholm, Sweden or Szczecin, Poland.

We expect you to…

- be a team player
- have a higher education within finance or IT
- have work experience with complex business ERP setups, preferably you have experience from different ERP solutions. We strongly believe you need to have both technical and international financial experience to succeed in this position
- have profound understanding and interest in processes information flows and ERP
- understand regulations and legislation in different countries i.e. Poland and Sweden
- Visma Business knowledge would be a merit
- SQL Database knowledge would be a merit
- have excellent communication skills as well as working English
- have all necessary permission to work in Poland or Sweden
