Ester Care is looking for a CTO

Ester Care, an innovative femtech company, is looking for a technical co- founder to help us develop the platform in which we make it possible for women to get specialised digital healthcare. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to join a startup with all the prerequisites in place to get going on an exciting journey.

We are now looking for a hands-on person within full stack development, that can directly or in the long-term shoulder a CTO role in the company. We are looking for ambitious people with significant drive, that are passionate about their job and enjoy a fast-paced working environment.

You will play an important role in developing the product and taking the company to the next level. Thus, you should desire to go above and beyond to produce the best work results! We embrace change, you should dare to challenge the status quo and be persistent. Start: as soon as possible. We are keen to get this person on board as fast as possible but will prioritise the right person before speed.

What you will do

- Be a part of the management team, co-founder position will be offered to the right person
- Have a leading role in the development of our product and also design and deployment of the application focusing on female health care
- Coordinate internal and external teams to integrate features and components into the solution stack
- Responsible for the recruitment of the team/consultants
- Be hands on everything around the technology and app

The team has previous experience from the startup sector and specialised medical skills within gynaecology from one of the most well-known hospitals in Sweden. The financials are in place, and the company has a strong team of investors onboard as well as an advisory board consisting of one of the most prominent professors within the female healthcare space in Europe.
