Do you want to take part in building our Nordic Finance Center?Euromaster, a part of Michelin group, is the leading integrated tyre service and car maintenance network in Europe with more than 1,700 sales points.In the Nordic countries Euromaster has 167 service centres and 25 partners. We have decided to create a common Shared Service Center for Euromaster Nordic Zone.Our Shared Services Organization consolidates common back-office activities across individual business units.It is transaction-oriented, volume sensitive services and with specialized functional skills and expertise.It covers the back-office duties of account payables, account receivables and general ledger.There will be 25 employees working in the Shared Service Center servicing Denmark, Sweden and Finland.The Shared Service Center is operated as a separate entity and will have a contractual relationship with internal customers for services to be provided.We therefore need an Accounts Payable Team Leader to Lead and be a part of the Accounts Payable team - Manage, coach and mentor the team to continuously improve the performance.Accounts Payable Team Leader Main tasks: .Responsible for actively participate and develop the Accounts payable process including: .Receive and register supplier invoices .Maintain and update the templates for the electronic invoicing system .Responsible for E-flow development and increased use of EDI invoices .Develop and maintain authorization hierarchy in the system .Secure payments to supplier in an accurate way .Secure payments of travel expense claims on time to Euromaster employees .Maintain supplier master data .Handle reminders from suppliers .Reconciliation of Accounts Payable ledger and subsequent accounts .Secure payment of VAT and company taxes .Reconciliation and payment of inter-company balances .Handle contacts with suppliers .Manage 10 Team members .Appraisal talks .Report to Shared Service Center Manager Functional qualifications/requirements: .Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or completed upper secondary economics course.At least 4 years of relevant experience within Accounting .Fluent in English and native in at least one of the languages Danish, Swedish or Finnish..Experience from Coda is a merit Personal qualifications /requirements: .Service-minded .Good analytical skills .Accurate- and quality-conscious but yet flexible .Managerial experience Personal Goals: Will be agreed up on together with the SSC Manager and will be revised every six months We offer you an exciting, dynamic and international work environment.In addition to your experience we also look at your personal skills.Due to the company requirement to speak Finnish or Danish we look forward to these applicants.The position is permanent and starting date will be in August/September.We cooperate with Adecco on these recruitments.We look forward to your application!
