Job Description
The Project Manager – Consulting, is responsible for leading, managing and steering IFS projects.
An IFS Project Manager – Consulting is acting on behalf of IFS as a focal point of expertise to ensure the Value Realization to the customer and Revenue Generation to IFS.
Key to this is a firm understanding of Project Management in general and the IFS Methodologies in particular, highlighting the ability to gain trust from both the customer and the IFS teams.
Project Manager - Consulting enjoys the challenge of being the key driver, decision maker, engager and motivator in projects, while consistently having control of both short and long terms revenue realization along with set KPI’s.
Associate Project Manager – Consulting Accountabilities
Participate in the pre-sales handover of the Project. Working with the pre-sales team, Project Manager and the consulting team to identify and understand specific areas of value generation for the customer.
Work with the pre-sales team and the consulting team to identify areas of specific value generation for the customer and ensure the overall timeline is consistent towards agreed scope.
Understand the project resource requirements on all levels of the project to ensure that key areas have the attention and competence needed to successfully implement the agreed scope.
Work under the guidance of the IFS Project Manager in planning and managing specific project activities - Assist the Project Manager in ensuring the IFS consulting team are aware of the key business requirements set out by the customer.
Assist the IFS Project Manager to prepare the initial Project Management Plan based on the relevant contract/SoW, for enhancement and finalization with the Customer PM
Assist the IFS Project Manager to coordinate activities, monitor progress and prepare management reports
Assist the IFS Project Manager in driving the Project Team and Customer team
Assist the IFS Project Manager in ensuring Quality and Value Assurance
Assist in ensure the scope of the delivery contract is according to methodology
Identify areas of risk for the project, ensuring these are recorded and communicated appropriate

Qualifications
We are looking for
Talented and ambitious university graduates who have the potential of becoming our future Consultants
Someone who holds no more than 2 years of full time work experience.
In general, the applicants should have a bachelor's or a master’s degree, preferably in the fields of either Engineering, Information technology/ Finance/Economics/Business.

As a person, you are enterprising, and collaborative. You thrive in working with technology, understand or have an interest in business software, ERP, digitization, EOI, IoT, cloud solutions, or others.
You must be able to communicate in the local language of the country where you are working, in addition to English both written and oral. It is also a prerequisite you live in a country where we have our European Young Professionals Program, that you hold a work permit as well as a residence permit as we are not able to sponsor any VISAS for this program.
