Due to Arriva's continuing expansion in Europe and internal promotions, a number of opportunities have arisen for the appointment of Internal Auditors to work for Arriva plc, one of Europe's fastest growing Transport Services Organisations.Working as part of a sixteen person Europe wide professional team, the successful applicants will carry out audit reviews of Arriva Group Companies.Particular focus is placed on review of the integrity of subsidiary company financial statements and related internal controls. Group Internal Audit is positioned right on the cutting edge of our business activities.Our remit takes us into all key areas of governance, risk management and control.We are now for this group looking to recruit a European Internal Auditor with placement in Malmö, the position reports to Head of Group Internal Audit. Malmö Tasks and responsibility: .Work on a series of audits across the business area including preparation of the annual audit plan and audit work programs, execution of these programs, and reporting significant findings and recommendation for improvements.. Financial control, risk management, change management as well as follow up on business performance.. General support in order to further develop and improve processes both on operational and strategic level. Candidate Profile: . University degree with a minimum of three years of relevant work experience, preferable from BIG 4. . Excellent analytical and communication skills.. Pro-active and able to deliver results in a complex global organisation.. Ability to explain finance for non-finance colleagues.. Fluent in Swedish and English both written and orally..
