Location: Skelleftea
Contract: 6 months
This is paying SEK 51,682 NET Per MONTH


We have an exciting opportunity working on a new greenfield construction site in Skelleftea for a Site Manager. to apply for this role you will have extensive experience working on Brownfield or Greenfield construction start up site experience due to the nature of this challenging project.


Responsible for preparing sites prior to the commencement of construction work. This includes setting out the site and organising activities.
Plan projects and ensure that they meet agreed specifications budgets, timescales
Manage contractor and subcontractors on HSE & Scaffolding.
Cost control of waste management and Logistics and materials.


Qualifications: Quantity Surveying would be advantageous.
