We are looking for a dedicated and driven Executive assistant with office responsibility to join Picadeli group. Are you a skilled organizer with high efficiency and great administrative capacity? If you also are an expert in prioritizing and meet business’s needs; Wow, you must be the one!



YOUR MISSION
In this new, exciting position, you will have a vital role in the organization, handling confidential, business critical information and ensuring the CEO’s accessibility and priorities.

You will be a gatekeeper, working very close to our CEO and providing excellent support with daily tasks such calendar management, travel arrangements, administrative management and coordination of meetings, people and activities.

Further, you will be responsible for the HQ office, being the point of contact for employees, suppliers and service providers in office related matters. You will join a fast-paced environment where you will operate with a high sense of urgency, short decision paths and continuous development.

The role is based at Picadeli HQ in Gothenburg, and you will report to our CFO. Occasional travelling, both domestic and international, is included in the role.



WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

To succeed in this role, we believe that you are a trustworthy, well organized and solution-oriented person with excellent service as a top priority. You also have the ability to maintain high confidentiality and discretion in all aspects of individual and company information and are able to operate independently with minimal supervision. You have mastered the “do it now!” method and take pride in responding quickly and adapting fast to new situations. No task is too big or too small, and you have a strong business focus and are result driven.

Further, we believe that you have:

- Excellent communication skills in Swedish & English
- Advanced experience in MS Office applications; Outlook, Word, PowerPoint & Excel
- Strong interpersonal skills
- The ability to prioritize and reason
- At least a couple years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree or higher within relevant area
