Mölnlycke is now hiring an Executive Assistant for the People and Communications functions. This person will support the Executive Vice President People and report dotted line to our Global Communications Director. You will sit at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden with a hybrid working model.

PURPOSE OF POSITION
Executive Assistant to EVP People and Global Communications Director to provide high-level administrative support
Own the cross-functional annual meeting plan together with the Executive Assistant group and on an individual basis safeguard the Leadership Team meetings and other relevant meetings (conferences, town halls etc.)
Provide support to the People Leadership Team and Communications Leadership Team at high level on tasks that concern the Leadership Teams


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Provide administrative support and service to EVP People and Global Communications Director to facilitate and render more effective both the daily work and the long-term business operation
Secure professional arrangement of conferences, external meetings, and business meetings
Arrange and plan business trips for the EVP People and Global Communications Director ensuring good travel planning and cost efficiency
Assist the EVP People and Global Communications Director to compile information/presentations in advance of Executive Leadership Team (ELT) meetings and Board meetings
Assist the EVP People and Global Communications Director to ensure action points from ELT and LT meetings are completed according to agreed time plan.
If required, participate in Communications and People Leadership Meetings, publish minutes from the meetings to ensure that actions are taken on each issue/topic
Prepare agenda for People and Communication Leadership meetings respectively
Ensure the Teams/ SharePoint site for both teams is updated on a regular basis
Organize frequent town hall meetings
Draft, edit and review documents/presentations
Proofread English documents and copy for language accuracy, prior to internal and external release

Prioritization of administrative activities
Secure a balanced meeting agenda for EVP People and Communications Director
Travel arrangements according to guidelines
Conferences and meetings according to guidelines
(Once budget, venue and timing are agreed)

Qualifications:
Minimum 7-10 years' experience of work within executive management in an international environment.
Fluent in spoken and written English. (Native English language skills is preferred)
Minimum 2 years of post-high school education
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
