OM TJÄNSTEN
We are looking for an enthusiastic and professional Executive Assistant to our client with its Head Quarter Office in Mölndal, Gothenburg. In this role you will provide a high level of administrative support and service to our client's COO. This is a fully new position at our client and the right candidate gets the possibility to develop the role. Our client is in an expansion phase with a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The company is working for a better environment within the marine area.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Tasks will include but not be limited to:
* Support our clients COO who is positioned in Norway.
* Manage information and creation of presentations.
* Manage calendars and plan/organize internal and external events, meetings, workshops etc.
* Travel arrangements, handling of time reports and travel settlements.
* Drive improvement and implementation of administrative routines/tasks.
* Contribute to strengthen cross-functional relationships between teams and .departments
* Other administrative tasks appointed by manager.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
You who have:
* Experience from a similar role, approximately a couple of years in an administrative/service position and in addition supporting senior business leaders for minimum one year.
* Experience from working in an international company.
* Excellent English skills, in speech and writing. Knowledge in Swedish, Norweigan is an advantage but not a requirement.
* Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
* Knowledge of MS Dynamics and Microsoft Teams is an advantage.
