On behalf of AWA, we are now looking for an Executive Assistant supporting primarily the Group CEO and in that capacity also the Board of Directors of the company.

In the role of an executive assistant the most valuable attributes are proactiveness, flexibility and integrity. We believe that the right person has good judgement and is driven by a strong inner compass suitable for representing AWA in a professional way. A successful executive assistant is a strong network builder who likes to manage projects and has flawless communication skills.

You are offered


* This is a consultant assignment. Academic Work will be your employer and you will work as a consultant at AWA. The assignment will be full time for 6 months with possibilities for extension.


ARBETSUPPGIFTER

For the CEO:


* Basic approach, proactivity and independently thinking ahead and suggest/act
* Scheduling, handling of the CEOs calendar
* Overseeing the mailbox and taking necessary actions
* Prioritization and filtering of incoming requests
* Travel arrangements + expenses


For the Board of Directors:


* Coordination of; notice, board documentation, take minutes and attachments
* All practical arrangements related to the board meetings


Other tasks:


* Arrange Group Management meetings and take minutes
* Arrange annual meeting including afternoon session and spring party
* Arrange the bi-yearly Knowledge Boost conference (4 days)
* General office support


VI SÖKER DIG SOM
* Experience working as an Executive Assistant or equivalent
* Experience from working with digital document handling systems
* Experience from handling large high level management conferences
* Can communicate well in Swedish and English - verbal and written
* Has a driver's license

* Flexible


Other information


* Start: Immediately (no later than the beginning of February)
* Work extent: Fulltime, office hours
* Location: Malmö, Matrosvägen 1
