Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant at Lorensbergs you’ll have an important supportive function for the company’s CEO. Your main task is to assure that the appropriate prerequisites are in place for daily operation to run smoothly. The role is quite broad and involves a lot of coordination with the executive, preparational work for meetings and seminars along with a bit of customer contact. Your areas of responsibilities will consists of among other things: 
calendar administration and coordination of meetings 
printing of documents and handling of mail
maintaining good relationships with clients and partners and being a contact point for other external actors through phone
board facing preparational work such as monthly reports and customer statistics
coordination with the accountant/auditor and administration regarding invoices, accounts receivables and annual accounts. 
travel bookings may occur




Working hours
This is a fulltime consultant assignment.
You will have a flexibility in regards to the work location with a mix between working remotely and from our office.



Qualifications
The three most important factors that will make you thrive in the role are:  


Structure - Your need to be able to follow the existing fundamental structures and have an ability to cater to our clients' needs, therefore you need to have 
Flexibility - You will be acting in an ever-changing environment. Clients' needs might change, and consequently the CEO’s and your calendar.
Speed - In order to be flexible, you need to adapt fast to different situations and make things happen. You need to be a “go-getter”.


It is also important to have: 
a humble and international approach
advanced knowledge in the English and Swedish language, 
good social and networking skills since every interaction matters! 
previous experience from a similar role
good administrative skills
knowledge in basic financial matters, such as invoices and financial reports (Experience in Fortnox is meritorious)
