As PMI in Sweden pushes forward with our transformation, we are looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to join our team and provide support to our Swedish Country Manager (VD).
The Opportunity
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced and independent Executive Assistant to carve out their own role during a time of exciting change and transformation for our company. This position will be an important support the Swedish VD and work closely with the wider management team in a range of administrative and business support projects. No two days are ever the same for us at PMI, and we know this postholder will be able to bring invaluable experience and insight to our work.
Responsibilities include:
Support with the VD’s schedule and calendar and coordinate arrangements for a variety of meetings and events
Organize travel arrangements and handle expense reporting
Act as a key point of contact for VD for internal and external partners and manage incoming communication
Support in business meetings through minute taking and assisting with presentation preparation
Support with finance and budget related tasks
Act in support for other adhoc administrative and project duties when required
Who you are
We are looking for someone with high integrity and interpersonal skills, who thrives in a changing and fast-paced environment. As a trusted business support, you will working closely with many stakeholders so will need to have strong communication and prioritization skills. We believe in having a transparent and open culture, however this postholder will need to manage matters of confidentiality and exercise excellent judgement and sensitivity.
Requirements:
5+ years of previous experience within administrative support, ideally from an international environment
Experience working with financial management, budgets and invoicing
Proficient in Microsoft Office, experience with SAP advantageous
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize workload independently
Have a proactive and curious nature, we would love for this person to grow in our organization and get involved in a wide range of projects
Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
