The job:
Rebtel is looking for an Executive Assistant/PA who can get the job done! You are a doer, you understand how to prioritize and can deliver anything from a last minute dinner reservation to project lead of a major customer event. You thrive on a high paced, changing environment and delivering excellent service!

Some of your duties:
Personal assistant to our CEO (organize schedule and calendar, prepare presentations and meetings etc)
Assist our executive team (3 people)
Responsible for all travel arrangements in the company
Assist in arranging customer events in Europe and the US
Assist in arranging partner events
Arrange events at our office for customers
Arrange internal team meetings (agenda, bookings etc)

Your profile:
2-4 years of PA experience
Strong at multi tasking and can easily adopt to new circumstances
Very well organized
Fast and proactive
Self starter with a can do attitude
Good negotiator
A problem solver
Professional and accountable with sound judgement
Positive and energetic
Great communication skills in English, Swedish is a bonus
Experience from the travel/event sector is highly appreciated!
