About the job
As Talent Acquisition Manager, you’re at the center of our business as you partner up with our senior and executive management teams globally to ensure top notch talent acquisition activities across the Sandvik Group. As part of an exciting growth journey where we drive important shifts, you take lead in recruiting, headhunting, sourcing and assessments activities with focus on our executive and top management positions. By building strong relations with your stakeholders, as well as scouting future competencies and internal movements, you make sure that we have a strong candidate pipeline and are well equipped to shape a world-class workforce. D&I, sustainability and fair play are highly important areas to us, and you always bring this into account in your work.

Being responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment, you ensure proactivity, quality and speed as you drive successful new hires and bring onboard future Sandvik enthusiasts. You network and build strong relations internally, but this job also means representing us as an employer of choice towards senior candidates on the external market. Naturally, you explore new trends, develop our ways of working and are committed to sharing your expertise, and you look at innovative recruitment solutions and new digital tools.

This is a position with a global scope and flexible working conditions, while being located at one of our sites in Sweden. Global travel is normally included, and you frequently spend time in Stockholm.

About you
We’re looking for a business-minded and easy to access professional with a relevant university degree. You have extensive experience as an executive search consultant and from managing recruitments of senior managerial and top positions on the global industrial arena. You’re an expert in headhunting and sourcing, and you’re very experienced in using different interview techniques, as well as recruitment and assessment tools. You’re also committed to work closely with senior business leaders and develop tailored processes that secure a talent pipeline matching the needs of our management positions. In our international world, you need an open mind, cultural awareness and you have exceptional communication skills in English.

You bring maximized customer focus and a passion for senior stakeholder management, and with your high integrity and trustworthy manners, you establish excellent collaborations. A visionary and investigative mindset is key to your success, and not only do you take lead in driving multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, you also make sure to always stay two steps ahead. You influence and challenge us in building a diverse, fair and inclusive workforce, and you consider all aspects to best support our international, matrix business setting where top standards, speedy solutions and proactivity are expected.
