Experience Manager

We are now looking for an Growth Manager, for work for our clients within the travel industry.
Primary duties
● Analyze traveler data and make recommendations on new guide chapters
● Work closely with operations team to build out new guide chapters in Europe
● Source and build relationships with suppliers in Europe
● Help operations team to execute chapters, attaining high levels of customer satisfaction
● Increase client brand visibility within Europe
● Troubleshoot and find solutions for on-chapter issues
● Hire and train chapter hosts
Requirements
● At least 5 years experience in travel industry
● At least 5 years start-up experience
● Speaks English, Spanish, French, German, and Italian
● Degree in business or economics
● Excellent oral and written communication skills
● Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
