Experienced Account Managers

Arbetsuppgifter As Account Manager you are responsible for building the relationship with the clients and helping them to manage their email strategy. You will do this by being the first point of contact for a client, which also means that they are able to contact you at any time. Furthermore, you will also regularly contact the clients proactively by telephone or face to face. During these meetings/contacts you will discuss how recent campaigns have gone and see where there are areas for improvement. From these regular meetings, you will be required to sell additional services by cross selling and up selling. As such, this is not just an Account Management role, but also very much a sales role too. You will have regular sales targets that you have to meet on a monthly basis. Utbildning/erfarenhet To be successful in this role you have at least 2 years experience in account management. We believe that you are currently managing between 30 and 100 clients and are used to regularly meet or exceed regular sales targets (preferably within the Account Management role). Finally, you have technical knowledge and you need to have experience in the IT industry.
