Description

Support OCM-leads in coordinating OCM-activities and closely monitor upcoming milestones/deadlines (spider in the net)
Drive Stakeholder Analysis Meetings together with SA Projects and ensure proper documentation
Keep plans, reports and OCM-presentations updated and relevant based on input from OCM-leads, Training & Communication, Communication, SA-projects and other ongoing programs (NEXT, SI/SIAM, Cloud)
Prepare and document outcomes from internal OCM-meetings
Overall support within the OCM-team, helping Communication and Training & Education sub-projects in ad-hoc tasks
Proactively identify needs, risks and issues and ensure these are documented and communicated, using the set RAID process within the program
Build relationships within and outside the Program
Actively suggest best-practice approaches to OCM
Report to OCM-lead



Mandatory competence and experience:

Experience within OCM (preferably from large companies)
Knowledge of OCM-methodologies and how to apply them
Ability to multi-task and drive activities forward independently
Good PMO-skills
Ability to create presentations, templates and messages with high quality (content and visuals)
Experience in working in high-pace and complex environments
Stakeholder management
