This position is looking for several levels of seniority from senior associate to manager depending on your skills and experience. If you have worked with analytics on any field, as well as having experience leading projects and/or teams, planning, executing, and providing technical support or guidance to more junior member and stakeholders this role might be your next step on your career.
Who we are
Information Risk Management (IRM) is a fast-growing department full of opportunities for any professional looking to keep growing a career in analytics. The team sits inside KPMG Audit and Assurance with two main responsibilities: provide assessment over our clients’ IT environment and perform analytics as part of the audit. In addition, the team works across other departments and projects participating in the development of data-driven digital solutions, automation, and robotics for KPMG. We are a diverse and international team with members from UK, US, China, Australia, and Sweden, with backgrounds in IT, law, economics, and engineering,

Your role with us
Your main responsibilities will be to support the Audit and Assurance practice, and this will include but not be limited to:
Senior or Assistant Manager
· Support junior staff and other team members on the development and reporting of analytics
· Drive engagements and coordinate effort within the department and with external parties
· Keeping up to date with new digital trends and consider ways these can be incorporated into our Audit and Assurance practice.
· Drive the development of analytical models and reports
· Design, build and maintain BI dashboards and ETL workflows
· Lead and support with the extraction, preparation, sanitization, and analysis of large datasets

Manager
· Plan, manage and drive multiple external and internal engagements
· Coordinate effort within the department and with external parties
· Assist on the development and implementation of internal way of working
· Provide input on the development of our data-driven and digital offering within the department
· Keeping up to date with new digital trends and consider ways these can be incorporated into our Audit and Assurance practice.
· Lead and manage the development of analytical models and reports
· Plan, lead and support with the extraction, preparation, sanitization, and analysis of large datasets
· Lead and support other team members and stakeholders on the development and reporting of analytics



Who are we looking for?
The data and analytics team welcome any professional background if you are eager to work with data-driven solutions, data analytics and financial data. The team is searching for a professional with a start-up attitude who would like to contribute with fresh ideas to the day-to-day responsibilities, as well as someone who understand that client and team comes first.

As a successful candidate you will have a combination of the following:
· 2-4+ years of experience working with data as an analyst or similar role
· Self-motivated and proactive ready to take ownership over the development of ideas and solutions
· Great communicator. You can present and put a great story together using abstract information
· Analytical mindset where trends and patterns are your second language
· Technical expertise on processing data using PowerBI, Python and/or SQL
· Experienced on managing and leading multiple projects and teams at the same time
· Excellent organization skills

Other qualities that are beneficial but not required include but are not limited to:
· Experience working with Azure
· Managing and maintaining databases
· Designing and developing automated ETL workflows

If Swedish is not your native language, you need to be fluent in English, as well as willing to learn Swedish. You also need to have full working rights or be able to obtain full working rights in Sweden.
