Experienced Developer Revenue Management/Telecom Billing (385026)

Ericsson’s Internet-of-Things (IoT) service is called IoT Accelerator (IoT-A) and we are looking to recruit into the Research and Development (R&D) organization of that service. R&D is responsible for the development and maintenance of M2M features found in IoT-A like SIM ordering, M2M provisioning, subscription management as well as rating/billing for Operators or their Enterprises. It supports 5G, 4G and the legacy 2, 2.5 and 3G messaging and packet switched services today. Services also include infrastructure that are normally found in the Radio Networks and these enable us to also support messaging and packet services towards an operators PLMN. At R&D, we deliver the features that build up the actual IoT services exposed on our platform whilst the day to day running of that platform (Production) is led by our colleagues in the Operational Organization. Experience from Operations, NOC or DevOps is an advantage.

Responsibilities & Tasks:
We want to grow our Revenue Management team with experienced Developers. We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience with development and administration of Telecom Rating & Billing products, e.g. Ericsson Revenue Manager, IoT Monetization, Oracle BRM or similar products. You also need to understand the structure of a telecom billing solution, the flow of unrated CDR’s from a core network, mediation technologies, the rating process through to invoicing. Experience from working in an operator setting is a plus. You have very good analytical and problem-solving skills, interpersonal abilities and are proficient in English.
We work in a very transaction intensive business, handling financial information. Experience from working with Oracle databases in the Telecom or Banking industry is therefore crucial.
