Experienced Product Owner

Mitigram’s product suite consists of three products: MitiSquare, MitiManager and MitiGateway. MitiManager, which was launched earlier this year has been received with success, and we experience a great interest for this product in the market, with enormous growth potential. To be successful in the role, you first and foremost love product, you are an enthusiastic team player, and have a master eye for detail without losing the big picture. You have an ability to rapidly understand complex dependencies, find solutions to issues, and recommend the optimal ones. You like to challenge yourself and others with how much value can be delivered to end users. You are smart, creative, and persistent. You do not need to be right (all the time) and you always focus on finding the optimal solution to sometimes seemingly conflicting needs.
What you will do
Work closely with Product Leadership to create and maintain a product backlog aligned with the roadmap, business goals, and overall strategy.
Manage epics/feature backlog prioritization applying agile mindset at every step
Manage sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and stand-ups
Create user stories, ensure they are ready for development and contain clear acceptance criteria
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the committed user stories are completed
Ensure the quality of the product by overseeing incidents and critical bugs
Provide support for client-facing teams and train internal stakeholders on new features and products
Provide regular development updates and insights to Product Leadership
Proactively align with stakeholders on the roadmap, release plans, and execution
Identify and define product growth opportunities through understanding the market, competitors, and user needs
Engage with customers to gain a better understanding of their work and how Mitigram’s products can assist them
Gather feedback, analyse trends, and use data to improve our product

What you should have
4+ years’ experience as a product owner or similar
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science and/or another relevant field
Deep interest in and care for software products and how they’re built
Affinity for working with business systems
Attention to detail without losing sight of the big picture
A friendly and thoughtful attitude
Impressive organizational skills
Good track record of delivering product
Hands-on experience with agile and lean development methodologies
