Experienced Scrum Master

We are looking for, on behalf of one of our customers, an experienced Scrum Master.

The assignment starts immediately (specified date is indicative) and there are good opportunities for a long assignment.

The work is primarily performed on-site in Malmö, but there are opportunities for homework.

As good knowledge of the Swedish language is a requirement, this request is published in Swedish.

The payment market in the Nordic region is undergoing a massive change where the bank-wide project P27 intends to bring together the payment infrastructure in Denmark, Finland and Sweden. The customer is building a completely new payment platform according to modern technology that must be able to handle large volumes, be extremely reliable but at the same time flexible and changeable in nature.

The work is conducted in an agile environment in accordance with the SAFe framework.

Required competence

- Great experience of working as a Scrum Master.
- Experience of system development
- Has a great drive of its own.
- Positive attitude and good at cooperating.
- Good leadership skills and ability to coach other people to develop.
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English.
- Accustomed to agile work.


Wanted competence

- Experience of SAFe.
