We are currently looking for passionate experienced and result-oriented candidates for the role of a ST Experienced Tech Lead with a professional background and exemplary concepts to join our team.


Key Responsibilities:
Create and maintain solutions for UPU-based cross-border parcel and mail business. To sort and deliver our UPU-based products of parcels, pallets, and traceable letters, we need information from our counterpart postal handling organisations.


You will collaborate closely with solution architects and the team to define the system architecture and implement system changes to meet business needs. You will assess new technology and implement it whenever possible.


Furthermore, you will manage the system's technical debt and plan for small and large changes to address the technical debt with the goal of improving the system's quality, time to market, reliability, maintainability, and scalability.


Across the Nordics, the organisation is integrated with several critical systems. You will work closely with peers who are familiar with these systems to determine how to implement changes. You must have or develop a solid understanding of the business domain and how the technical solution adds value.




Education, Expertise, and experience requirements:
Competency prerequisites for the applicant:
C#.NET expert knowledge
Expertise in the principles of Object Oriented Development (OOD & OOP).
Worked with highly transactional and business-critical systems.
Relational databases, MS SQL Server, and cloud databases are all advantages.
Message queues and streaming, Tibco EMS (or equivalent), and Kafka are all options.
Azure or AWS cloud-based development is advantageous.
I used to work in a DevOps environment. Agile methods such as SAFe and Scrum are advantageous.
Experience making system architectural and software design decisions and putting them into action. Modeling with UML.
Good understanding of IT product development with a focus on security, scalability, reliability, and availability.
Working experience in distributed development teams, preferably offshore or nearshore, is preferred.
A bachelor's degree in information technology or equivalent knowledge and skills gained through work experience and continuing professional education.
