Experienced UX designer

Odd Hill is looking for a talented UX Designer, with practical experience to join us in working on a variety of projects. You’ll be working alongside a supportive and friendly team within a vibrant and unique office space in Malmö, Sweden. Your responsibilities:
Your role as a UX designer will be hugely important for making the everyday easier, for both our clients and their end-users
Create solutions for a wide variety of projects
Working independently developing wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes for responsive web-solutions
Work alongside developers and product managers throughout all the phases of the production cycle
Actively participating in user research, analyze customer needs and data
Present design work to clients, teams and senior leadership for review and feedback

Required qualifications:
Proficient with design software (Figma, Sketch or XD)
A great understanding of interaction design and information architecture
A good knowledge of Design thinking
Analytical mind with a good understanding of business models
Great communication skills
Good knowledge of Google Analytics
Delivering design with accessibility in mind (WCAG)
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS (Drupal)
